List expenses by category

1. Write the command /list_expenses_by_category to list the expenses by category.

2. The first view is the main menu with the macro categories.

3. By selecting one of the options you will view all the expenses labelled within that category and also its total.

4. With the back button you can go back to the main menu and choose another category.

5. If there isn’t any expense in the selected category WeSplitBot will show “No expenses in this category”.
